This section outlines the delivery terms of the services provided by Website. Website assists clients in preparing and submitting applications for an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization), which is required for travel to the United Kingdom.
To complete the application process on Website, the following steps must be taken:
Accurately fill out the application form on the Website
Make an electronic payment on the Website
The payment is processed in real-time. Once your payment is successfully completed, Website will begin processing your ETA application and send you the results or status update by email.
Service Fees and Processing Time
All services on this website are priced in either U.S. Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR), depending on the currency selected by the customer. Prices are clearly displayed before customers proceed to checkout, ensuring full transparency. On the checkout page, the total amount—reflecting all applicable charges—is shown before any purchase is completed, so customers always know exactly what they are paying.
You will receive an email from the Website team with your application results within 3 UK working days, provided that:
Your application is filled out correctly
The documents submitted meet the required standards
In some cases, processing may take longer if there are delays within the UK government systems. Such delays are rare and outside the control of Website.
Important Notice
Once your application has been submitted and processing has started, the service fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. If you submit incorrect or low-quality documents that result in a rejection by the UK authorities, Website is not responsible. In such cases, both the service fee and government fee are non-refundable.

Service Completion
The service is considered delivered and completed at the moment the client receives an email with the result of the ETA application.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the compliance of submitted documents. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the rejection of the application.
Important Travel Reminders
When traveling to the UK, take note of the ETA number provided in the confirmation email, as some airlines may request it at check-in.
Your ETA is linked to the passport used in your application. If you receive a new passport, you must apply for a new ETA.
